Purple Breakfast Smoothie


Place in blender:

1 large apple, chopped
2 large bananas
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups soy milk
2 T. ground flaxseed

Blend well, adding more water or soy milk if needed to achieve desired consistency. Makes 3 servings.
