Pink Breakfast Smoothie



Place in blender:

2 large bananas
1 large apple
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit
2 T. ground flaxseed
2 cups water
3/4 cup ice

Blend well, adding more water or ice if needed to achieve desired consistency. Makes 3 servings.
